Japanese manufacturer Sunline introduced Ice Line Wakasagi fluorocarbon, which was created exclusively for winter fishing of a small but very tasty fish - smelt, which in Japanese sounds like Wakasagi. The material of the fishing line is processed with a double thinnest layer of polymer resin, as a result of which the finished product is characterized by special strength, smoothness and wear resistance. Such parameters are the best suited for winter fishing conditions at subzero temperatures. The fishing line practically does not stretch, which increases its sensitivity at depth by an order of magnitude, and a higher specific gravity contributes to stability in underwater currents and windy weather. The color of the product is orange, which contrasts perfectly with the winter colors. Each meter of line is separated by a piece of brown color for better informational content when diving. The breaking strength is at just under one kilogram, which shows an excellent result with such a thin section and gives a significant margin of safety. The unwinding is 60 meters.
